The Massachusetts Broadband Institute (MBI), a non-divisible component of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MTC), is the Commonwealth’s agency dedicated to enhancing broadband services throughout its regions. Any postings that may follow will redirect the user to the MTC site.
