USDA'S Rural Utilities Service provides programs to finance rural America's telecommunications infrastructure. The Broadband Loan program provides loans to fund the costs of constructing, improving and acquiring facilities to provide broadband service to eligible rural communities.
Coalition of Organizations for Accessible Technology (COAT)
COAT advocates for accessibility by people with disabilities. Enacting the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act was a huge step forward. We work on implementing this new law to ensure accessibility, usability, and affordability for people with disabilities of broadband, wireless, and Internet technologies.
